TITLE:
DESCRIPTION: Glare reflected from the new development into the permit applicant dwelling. The venetian blinds here are shut yet the close proximity of the neighboring building created a very bright reflection that could not be screened out with venetian blinds alone. The permit applicant privacy screen initially refused by Yarra City Council but upheld by VCAT now provides privacy from the overlooking building and screening of sunlight.
